The service rep was very nice.
Unfortunately l no longer have the forever
Program ..Due to my misunderstanding and distance. I thought from impression that l got from the Staff members who call me l had to return to Van De vere in Akron
Or my warranty wouldn't be valid
ok due to my fear of driving on freeway
And being expose to virus l didn't go out
Unless it was necessary. I even let my car sit for 2 months also l thought since l was under the mileage l was ok wrong ...6 months
Or 7500. I only did 4000 miles. Last oil change 28000. Now at 32000. sad to say
I didnt get a call until lately..no reminder
No good explaination..What a break
What a lost...it hurts being a senior citizen
I hope when you reach my age someone
Would be more understanding
