Quality Body Shop

Your website offers online quotes. I followed the directions on 3/2 and submitted my request for a quote. I received a confirmation email. I did not hear back in a week. I called. The person who answered said someone would send me a quote in a week and they could see my request and new the car model. No one contacted me. I called today to try and understand status. I was told there are no online quotes. I asked why the website, confirming email, and previous phone calls said otherwise. The person hung up on me. I will take my business elsewhere to some one who wants it. This was a horrible rude experience. Shame on you. If you can't provide a service you shouldn't offer it on your website.

Great experience working with Nicole after hitting a deer. Those guys jump out of nowhere! The team at Quality was excellent, and management kept me apprised at every turn!

Awesome body shop. Cannot express enough how happy I am with the service here. Nothing but friendly and professional interactions and the quality of repair is top notch. I will definitely use them again, if I ever need body work in the future and will also recommend to anyone I know who may be in need of a body shop.

Absolutely the best auto body shop. Nicole was a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable,, efficient, and communicates so well. We couldnt ask for better service. Wed give Quality Auto Body 10 stars if we could!
