Kirk Migdal is, by far, the most professional and skillful attorney I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. The case I had going on was so mentally draining and difficult that I was wondering how Mr. Migdal was going to play this, but I have to say....I was very impressed. After he shot down the first couple alleged accusations I was not concerned at all about a negative verdict. He actually pays attention to the fine details and uses the law to work in your favor. He knew what to say and how to say it. I was not worried, because he wrote notes and asked very pertinent questions that benefited my case. He went through a six hour ordeal flawlessly and his closing argument was really well thought up. I would hire him again if I ever needed to. He is the first attorney I can say good things about. He is good at what he does......very skillful. I am pleased with his services.
