What a joke this place is. All it cares about is making money. Not one ounce of care for it's residents.

Health hazard and should be condemned. Found mold in apartment and alerted management. Was dismissed. Continued to find mold. Only after the maintenance worker left the utility closet open did I see the closest filled with mold months after I first reported it. They made me live 6 inches away from mold from likely the whole time I lived here. I suspect every apartment there is filled with mold. If you still live here, demand to see in the utility closet. Your health depends on it. I now have to deal with the fallout on my health. Dont risk your health by living here.

Please do not be fooled by the amenities and pictures that are shown online. My partner and I moved 7 months ago and were excited to be in a bigger apartment with nice amenities. We got a quote that was reasonable in our price range prior to moving in, but on move in day they gave us a more expensive quote and were surprised by our move in date when it was discussed via phone and email. To my point.. Multiple tenants including ourselves experienced flooding due to a third party breaking pipes (in the attic) which flooded our entire master bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. The property manager came and caught an attitude with us when we were distraught of the events. Although they were quick about removing the water and putting fans up, they cut corners and did not want to replace carpet even tho mold would still grow. The renters insurance here is also a joke since my furniture was ruined and never heard back after submitting my claim. We live in a 2 bed 2bath and the tenants that are in 3-4 beds pay 200-300 less than us which is a scam in my opinion. Lastly, the kids here are bad af and destructive with no parental supervision. Dont waste your money or time with this property. We are much more motivated to rent a house at this point.

If you are looking at this place to live, PLEASE READ THIS. We moved here on or around May 25th 2023. We took a very "catfish" tour of a unit, and based off of that tour we decided to apply. We were in a small pinch for a place to live due to our prior complex selling our lease out from under us by mistake. Within the first 5 days of being here we were already having problems. Our hot water tank was out completely and was not fixed properly for quite some time. We forgave that and moved on with life, not long after we began to have issues again with the hot water tank, to which again took awhile to fix, this of course means no hot showers, hot water to wash clothes in, hot water for dish cleaning etc. Following the hot water saga myself and my dog were walking in the breeze ways to go for a walk and were hit with flagstone rocks by kids dropping them from the third story thinking it was funny. Our dog suffered from a minor concussion and I had a bad headache for the following week. Of course this happens right before we have to drive to New York for a few days. After this incident we encountered extremely rude neighbors and kids, running through the halls, playing in the streets and not moving for vehicles when they are very obviously blocking the road, banging on doors and running off, screaming and carrying on until 11-midnight (during the summertime). At one point I had to rush our 1 year old puppy to the animal hospital for spiders crawling in his ears due to the lack of insulation, pest control, and general up keep here, which set me back a nice $1,500 . Our "master bathroom" toilet backed up randomly and began overflowing and ran water out to the living room, under the kitchen flooring and into the master bedroom, which now smells like mold and mildew. Our master bathroom ceiling has leaked water 4-5 times now and only drywall has been replaced expecting different results, large industrial fans were brought in raising our power bills and reducing any slim chances of sleep we already had. Now present day we are suffering from ants popping up everywhere in the master bedroom, in our bed, on the walls, on the dogs, in the bathroom XYZ. We are a ground floor unit and yes sometimes accidents and unexpected happenings are unavoidable. However, there is "no right way to do there wrong thing" what I mean by this is cheap repairs and lack of rule enforcement. In this current day people work very hard for what little money this world pays and to spend it here with little to no return/result is heartbreaking. You might ask if money is no issue why did we choose here? In all honesty it was a means to an end for searching rapidly for a place to live, if we had more time we would've never came here. I would like to add that the lady's in the office have helped us to the best of their abilities so I do not fault them or solely hold them respondisble for any of our problems. People can only do so much with what their given. That being said this is a genuine, honest from the bottom of our hearts review of living here. It has been nothing short of a living hell. Take that extra week or hour to look further than this place, save yourself from the headaches and heartbreak we have experienced. The only reason I gave this place one star is due to Google requiring at least one. If I could I'd leave zero because there has been ZERO positives to living here.
