Enjoyed the entire 14 years of residing here. All the help have been very friendly and accommodating. They keep the entire complex in beautiful shape. Nothing in life is completely perfect, but they make living here very pleasant, I have no regrets. Thank you Cascade Management.

How can someone move into an apartment and less than 30 days being there water coming in from ceiling of laundry room and then part of CEILINGS NG FALLING DOWN...Kicker is...MGMT HAS another apt for the single mom to move into BUT want to charge her $500 to transfer to the dry apt with ceiling in tact! It's not like she's asking to change apts cuz she hates the view...and since the ceiling and water problem isn't fixed it's not like they are losing money if she moves...they CANT rent it out til fixed. Beware .. here's another "go figure" how are residents responsible for their water bill when there aren't separate water meters for each apt? And heard from more than a few residents good luck on maintenance. The light going into my friends building has been out for awhile....pitch black entering the building. Corporate greed can't be any more transparent than here! Did you know if you get MOLD in your apt it's YOUR responsibility to remove/clean it? No wonder they require you to pay for insurance ..not renters insurance but ins to cover THEIR BUILDINGS/PROPERTY ..So less than 30 days in apt and my friend has paid for their insurance to cover water damage and ceiling. RUN away before even checking this or other properties owned my this company/management Nothing like trying to take advantage of a single mom.. Waiting for a call back from attorney to see if I/we can help her out!
