Worst living environment ever!! Landlord is a hypocrite and his rules don't apply to all. It's discriminatory and he loses his composure EXTREMELY often and can be heard screaming at tenants. Talks about tenants' business to other renters in complex. Runs over trash when cutting grass- never picks it up! Says a renter can't have certain possessions on property at any time (like trailers, motorcycles, rv's) even if it is just temporarily (an hour or overnight) even if for a longtime resident that has always paid rent on time. Refuses to properly clean carpets and refused replacing many units' carpets even after being ruined by previous renter's animals.. side note, he says you can't have pets there...
Found a syringe in the middle of the main driveway area just the other day.. RUN, RUN, RUN FROM THIS JERK SLUM-LORD!!!
and if not, don't say you weren't warned!!!

I actually miss my apartment they were perfect. Service was perfect no problems ever.
