        It is a calm and peaceful place to live. The rent is reasonable and the new owners are working so hard to upgrade the apartments. I just moved in to one of the newly renovated apartments and it is so beautiful. everything in there is new. Finally, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone.

        To put it plainly, don't settle for their overpriced apartments. Definitely not worth the 900 a month for a studio. I didn't live here but I'm speaking for someone who did and he hated it. Between broken A/C, constantly clogged draining systems, and elevators that are always out of order, it was a constant stress for him. Found a nearby complex that is miles better than this place and costs less, so there are other options.

      Hi Miranda,GHC Living took over the management of the property this summer and since then have spent over $5 million in renovations and repairs. From putting the outdoor pool back in action to replacing all the old windows in the first building to installing new air conditioners and furnaces, Fir Hill - now, The Towers is undergoing a makeover of major proportions. New Lobbies, refurbished hallways and painting the entire exterior I know your friend would be happy to live here now. Come and see what's new!!
