Brandmere Apartments

Took 9 months to get screen for my front window. Shouldn't they come with screen? Had to fix my bedroom screen myself. Couldn't wait any longer. Moved in June, end of. So, never checked windows or screen s. Figured that was on maintenance , when old tenant left. Finally got front window screen, week ago. Almost a year later. Was told dealing with emergency only. Soooooo!!! Gotta ask yourself is this place an EMERGENCY ?! Why "OVER 9 MONTHS"?? For a FN screen!!! And my rent is always on time. Hind sight is always 20/20! Apartment manager is amazing! The owners suck!! Screen is A HUGE DEAL to me, BECAUSE I HAVE A DOG!! And LoVE fresh air umm something is wrong here I PAY $1029 a month in rent!?!

When I first moved in 2020 it was great. After new management came , which I wasnt even notified about, it became bad. My building was shot multiple times and I wasnt even notified about it. Maintenance is probably the best thing about the complex. I then was in communication about moving out and nobody communicated anything back to me. I came home one day and the locks were changed. The painting guy had to let me in to get the rest of my stuff out as I was packing up to move upon hearing back from my office.

Terrible to be below people if they cant be respectful to the people below them I just signed a lease and cant wait to leave management down plays everything and does nothing to help. Apartments are nice but you will have no peace living below someone who is selfish and unaware. We also have people next door who leaves there trash and kids toys in front of our apartment they are also loud. Normal noise is expected but this is beyond that. Try to get a apartment on the top floor to avoid these problems.

Absolutely love it here. Very well maintained and quiet. The manager Rob is awesome and Kelly in the office is amazing. Hope to be here for a very long time!
