The Bowery

Management is very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled 6:30am because I work long hours and the property agent forgot my appointment and took more than 15 minutes to even great me. His attitude is very distasteful. They need new staff immediately.

Living at the Bowery has been a great experience so far! The building is very well maintained and full of rich/ historic character. The management is great and very responsive. The Bowery is in the heart of all the action in the city. I rarely need my car during the week since there is always stuff happening on Main street. Overall, if you're a young professional working downtown, or just looking to live in a peaceful well-managed apartment complex, this is the spot for you!

I've been at the Bowery for almost three years, largely because we have the best on-site facilities, maintenance manager, Michael, he is prompt, thorough and is just an incredible person. Thank you, Michael

Ive been living at The Bowery for a little bit over a year now. The experience has been great, and now with its new management it continues to improve. James is super responsive and communicative which is a nice change. Mike, the person in charge of maintenance is by far my favorite person that works here. Hes someone who is dedicated to his job and goes above and beyond to help. He has been nothing but kind and resourceful since I moved in.

Loved living here! Management and Mike have been great and have assured all needs are met. Good quality apartments/appliances, good views, and good location downtown.
