This Has to be The worst apartment complex in Akron when I went into apply the older lady working Inside had the audacity not to greet people as we were coming in . me and another woman both asked for applications at the same time she was disgruntled and said they are out there in an envelope And went back to filing her papers, i then apply And try to get an update on my application and they ignore you. You try to call they dont answer the phone you would think for a place that desperately needs tenants They would be more responsive, I was then denied And the front office Didnt even have the integrity to respond to my email Inquiring about my application. Please Be aware that they have a serious Mouse problem I have a relative Who lives here And told me that dozens of people have moved out Because of the mice infestation. I was willing to move in to Offset my cost-of-living, while I start my real estate business. Also, if you have a Kia or Hyundai, please stay far away Multiple times a week people get their cars stolen. Move in at your own risk

Just took them over $19,000 worth of check stubs from doordash and they told me that I was $100 to $150 short. I don't recommend this place to absolutely no one. I thought it was really corny and unprofessional especially over a hundred to $150 when you know doordash that's all your money so for me to bring them that much and check stubs and they told me I was still short corny

Lived here a year and dealt with so much stuff. First off, maintenance just comes in with no warning. Im a woman and live alone and its terrifying that they just walked in whenever they felt like it. One time I just got out of the shower and had to yell at them to not come in. They left my door open so my cats couldve ran out. Next, mice. So so so many mice. Fridge broke down. Carpet was gross. Noisy neighbors. They dont throw salt on the stairs and I fell down them during winter. And when I finally moved out they tried to get money out of me for random stuff. Its an okay apartment for your first one bc its on the affordable side but theres so many cons in my experience.

Between the bed bugs and the roaches I never got any sleep.add on my neighbor in the next door apartment was cooking something that smelled like chemicals that made me sick and I can't recommend this apartment. Management was no help either.document with your phone video of the apartment when you get there.they will keep your security deposit if you dont.
