please dont rent here!! they are infested with roaches. both buildings are filthy, you will wait long periods of time for a repair all in all its trifling.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! For everything in my soul Im begging people to pick better options. This place is infested with roaches and the apartment will do nothing about them. Theres mold in the apartments, the front office will lie and say nothing is wrong again and again and hang up on you when you try to talk to them. They took 8 MONTHS to fix our window in the bedroom and then yelled at me for water damage. We reported the stove broken in October and it was still broken when we moved out in February. I tried calling about our security deposit today only for them to say theyre keeping it because of a dog smell when I called everyone who helped us move out and they told us there was no smell. They also left a gas leak in our apartment for 4 months until I threatened to call the fire department to get it taken care of. Im currently in the process of reporting them to the city for how they treated us while we lived there and them constantly violating our rights as tenants. Shelly claimed to not know we had issues in the apartment but was well aware we had to open a case and withhold rent to get her to fix our window. Things we have proof of and she continues to lie to everyone about. This place will take advantage of you, lie to you, and treat you like absolute garbage. DONT RISK IT. Please choose better homes. Pictures attached of the way this place runs. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous treatment. Shut this place down or stop taking advantage of and lying to the people who live there. Edit to add: Called earlier to ask about my security deposit and Shelly told me all the bad reviews are from people being bitter like me. If youve got enough reviews to have 2 stars on Google cuz people are just bitter, I think that says more about you than me.

When I first moved here. This place was five out of five however, that was the scam, This place is horrible. They dont have 24 hours security as they claim there is no security they dont have anybody to clean the apartments. They were getting the roof fixed but because Shelly doesnt pay the contractors right they in the middle of fixing the roof quit, I dont blame them she doesnt pay anybody but will ask you to clean your own apartment when you leave because they dont have a cleaning person also and the biggest thing is, shes an intimidator, she uses her big old size to try and intimidate you to do things, shes evil shes nasty and shes mean . Dont move here this place is horrible, it stinks constantly the elevators never works. The old people are held hostage in their apartment because the elevators are always broke. She lies about when you pay your rent. She tries to make you pay double the late fee if late, just dont move there. Dont waste your time. This place is not fit for animals

In 2021 I applied here and was accepted. We were to put the deposit down to secure our place. We weren't signing a lease without seeing an apartment, and they said that was fine. They said they had an apartment to view in a few weeks and would give us a call and then we could sign. They called us back a few days later and told us to come take a look. We drive an hour and a half to get there just for them to deny the voicemail was from them. It was from their number, it was Patty's voice and she identified herself and the company by name. She just flat out denied that she ever made that agreement with us and demanded we sign a lease that day or lose the deposit. I absolutely refused at that point because they were extremely shady. She said it was "standard practice" but I doubt denying a voicemail is yours is "standard practice". At the time this place had four stars and I'm glad to see it's down to two on Google. I was freshly 18 and had nobody to advocate for me. I think I would live in my car before I'd rent from this company. Edit: After seeing the owner's response to my review, I can wholeheartedly say that they aren't working to improve anything. We were continually told to speak to the property manager just for her to be belligerently rude to us. Corporate used profanity when telling us to get lost. These other reviews show the reality and nobody ever reached back out to us to make things right.
