        Took phone I for new battery and then ear piece didn't work. They say it's not there problem because they didn't function test it since battery was dead. Better to go get another phone than take it there. Worst place I've ever seen.

      image Took phone I for new battery and then ear piece didn't work. They say it's not there problem because they didn't function test it since battery was dead. Better to go get another phone than take it there. Worst place I've ever seen.

      Dan, A non-functioning phone was presented to our store with a request for a battery replacement. The replacement was performed after a full discussion regarding the performance of the device. The device was presented back to our store with other issues, not related to the power from the battery. The original battery was placed back in the device, as a matter of customer satisfaction. Thank you.
