I can't begin to express the horrible experience my son had with "Dr." Sandy, but I will try. My son had a traumatic eye injury, 12/29/22, and drove himself to Williston ND to seek help. "Dr." Sandy examined him, put a dressing over the injured eye and proceeded to send him to Minot ND for "emergency" surgery. She did not call an ambulance- she told him to drive himself to Minot. Just what kind of "Dr." sends someone with a traumatic eye injury to drive himself 2hours in the dark. Is it a lack of empathy, caring about people, or just a plain lack of knowledge? His body went into shock because of the pain and injury. As a mother and a registered nurse, who was hundreds of miles away, I can't express the overwhelming horror I felt about the lack of concern or caring he received from "Dr." Sandy and the staff at Trinity Regional Eyecare. SOMEBODY should have intervened. Trinity Regional Eyecare is a -10 in my book.

If there was a Zero rating they would get it. My 88 year old mom was taken to the cleaners. She was sold a pair of glasses over a grand that she can't wear. Why? Put her in no line bifocals that she never has worn and she can't get used to (which I tried to change two days after she was in), put every option on the lenses (she couldn't hear what they were saying) including computer glare (she doesn't have a computer). As far as I am concerned this was elder abuse.

I would NOT recommend this Dr.'s office. We were told one thing by the staff only to have the opposite or have nothing done in just the next minute. Office staff had numerous opportunities to convey correct information and did not give us important information. We will NOT be going back for a follow up As another reviewer stated, "Go to Billings or Fargo and skip the headaches!"
