        Waited in line 20 minutes for a car wash and when I got to the window to pay they said my truck was too dirty to wash. It had normal exterior mud from driving on the dirt roads around town. There should be a sign somewhere telling you in advance they won't wash exterior mud off.

        When it's good, it's good. However I pay for the Ultimate car wash monthly, and it's been a year since I've had it. I NEVER get what I've paid for. I always get either the Plus or just a spray. So I pay 50 bucks a month and get zero service. If I received the correct wash what I paid for then I'd love and adore this place
