    Terrible experience and I feel Ive been scammed out of money. Apt wasnt ready when I arrived. They informed me minutes before my arrival after driving 14-hours with a full car and two large dogs. Forced me to pay for my own hotel room! Nightmare. Ive lodged at least 7 noise complaints and management did nothing. Wanted to charge ME to move apts to get away from the noises tenants. Rather than punish the violators they chose to attempt to punish me. They violated the terms of the lease agreement by failure to provide quiet enjoyment and now want me to pay 60-days rent to move out. Worst renting experience hands down. Scammers stay far away! Youve been warned

    Beautiful property. The process from inquiry to move in was easy and simple due to the assistance of Sherytta and Amy. Great management office! Thank you again ladies! Update 12-6-23. After living here for the last year its become a disaster. I didnt resign my lease, Im month to month (for an additional $400 per month) until I find a new place. Apparently no one wants to work here as management turnover is frequent and there is rarely someone in the managers office. In the last 12 months.Utility accounting fees have increased from $25 to $125. Renters Insurance coverage has been increased from 100k to 300k. Parking garage hasnt been swept clean of sand/salt from last winter. Appliances do not work correctly, make noisestheyre garbage. Neighbors say they have same appliance problems but management wont address it so I dont even bother. The outside balconys have structural integrity issues, tenants are notified not to use them and very little work is being done to repair them since the summer. Last few months, the common areas are always in need of cleaning and the elevator is down right disgusting. Apologies, but this place has gone downhill fast. Im done. Henry

    I'm so grateful how great both the office staff, and the maintenance are so awesome and wonderful. I appreciate they're patience and great customer service is. This place is a great place to live. I would highly recommend it.
