I was a little hesitant when I saw that this testing center had some lower reviews, but I'm here to try to turn it around and share my experience. Due to some errors with my accrediting body, my ATT was delayed much longer than I originally anticipated. I called this testing center on a Hail Mary attempt to try and see if there was a cancellation or wait list I could get on to be able to take my boards. I spoke to Mary at this testing center. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND her job role to try to accommodate my needs. She absolutely did not need to work as hard as she did to try and squeeze me in, but I am so thankful the stars aligned for me to be connected with her. I would totally recommend giving this testing center a try, especially since it is now under new management, and I can vouch that I had a positive experience here.

Theyre literally closed and none of us testing today received any word about it. Some of us drove multiple hours, I stayed in a hotel. Absolutely horrendous service.

Prometric center closed on testing day. No warning, no email, no call. Customer service call center no answer for 30 min+. Very unprofessional.

Honestly the worst customer service Ive ever had. Every representative that Ive spoken with has been rude and provided no help what so ever. I have never been so frustrated before!

Testing conditions matter. This company requires everyone taking a test to wear a mask. Regardless of what anyone thinks about masks this does affect the test results. I took a very tight timed test and wearing a mask was not only distracting but caused my glasses to fog and therefore for me to wait until the cleared before reading the next question. This undoubtedly caused me to be able to answer fewer questions than I other wise could have in the allotted time. When I brought up this issue, they were quite rude with me. Please note that I took this test well after every other business stopped requiring masks and had I known that they still did I would have chosen to wait, however I was not allowed to postpone the test or get a refund. If they didn't feel they could safely conduct the test under the same circumstances everyone previously took the same test under they should have waited until they could to test people, or at least disclose the conditions to customers in advance. I personally took the test simply out of curiosity to see if I could pass it, and I did, so this didn't affect my results. I am writing this review so that others thinking of using this company for testing are aware that this is a company that is willing to compromise the integrity of the tests they administer.
