        The manager is awesome. Spacious apartments. My only complaint is the dirt bike track directly west of 909. So if you get an apartment here, avoid west facing in 909. They ride there every. single. day. Its 9:10pm and theyre still out riding.

        I came from a management that allowed my home and personal belongings destroyed. To come to a place that genuinely cares about the people who live there was a shock! If there was a problem, the management handled right then and there or within a few hours. Boulder ridge is truly a home to me, with the wide open space, big kitchen, the washer and dryer IN home, a full garage AND a mailbox!!! It had everything that I need and looked for in an apartment! 5 stars everytime for this place!
