This has been a year of incompetence with your company. Firstly my return was rejected by the irs because your employee made mistakes. Then your employee told me that I would have to pay my taxes thru the online portal when they had already set up the payment for automatic payment. And now your employee tells me that its the IRSs fault that I was double charged for my tax liability. And I needed to go take the matter up with the IRS . And there was nothing they could do about it. So I went to the IRS and they told me that your employee had either not read or been informed of how the tax liability/ refund page works, and by telling me that I needed to pay online by the deadline. This is the reason why I was double charged by the IRS. Now Im going to have to wait for the second payment to be refunded to me by check and my money is in limbo for more than a month. I feel that your company has let me down since I paid You good money at a cost of $356.00 to file a simple straight forward 1040 tax form.
