        Worst shipping company in Minot. Theyve delivered to the wrong apartment complex multiple times. They recently gave the excuse of invalid address even though the other shipping companies and able to deliver to my address. Whats worse is that the delivery driver called me to ask for directions and said they knew how to get there. The package showed that it was delivered but it was actually brought back to the warehouse. Definitely not impressed.

        Your female FedEx express driver that delivers to North Highlands Apartments in Minot, ND is very RUDE and not professional at all!!!!! RUDE and not professional is putting it nicely....... I tried to call FedEx to complain about her but could not get connected to a person to explain what happened.
