Do not do business with Jerry Thomas he is a partner for Woodridge Moblie Home Park. This guy was my realtor before and all he cares about is money. I used him as my realtor and he was all nice and helpful till the paperwork point of the process then he just disappeared. We'll I just sold my place this week come too find out my paperwork when I bought the place was never completed and title paperwork was never filed. (Not sure if this portion was his job) anyways I give him a call because he was my realtor because I'm trying to find my title to sell my place and all I ask for was who the title would be with a simple question. He tells me the name and we end the call. I try to find it online and couldn't find it so I send a text asking for the correct spelling. He sends a text back says he is showing homes and never sends the name. So I say at your earliest convenience if you could please send it. So I wait a day and nothing I call him doesn't pick up and calls me back 20mins later I said hey Jerry I was trying trying to get that name he's like don't you have two realtors with an attitude and I said yes he said well that's there jobs so as he continues to go on I said thank you and hung up. This guy is a horrible realtor and does not do his job professionally I am reporting him on here and reported him too woodridge as well am hope they end there business with this guy.
