I really love the ladies who are the backbone of the operation. They work hard to make sure to keep the properties in the best shape possible. And to make sure they are priced fairly. Peggy is definitely an above and beyond landlord

IPM really isnt that bad. However one employee can hurt a reputation so bad that it makes them unbearable. Peggy has the absolute WORST customer service ever. I called her about a serious question and she made me feel stupid and worthless. She talked to me with an attitude and even threatened me with eviction for 0 reason. And I have it all on video. Woman has serious respect issues. I will no longer be renting from them next year. UPDATE: Peggy told me IPM will not allow me to renew my lease and I was basically evicted during the winter and had 3 days to find a new apartment. I Sent IPM the video of Peggys interaction with me on the cell phone and havent heard a word back. Talk about a terrible scum human being.

IPM, I'm telling you Peggy goes over and beyond. The Employees there have always treated me with respect and common courtesy. I couldn't ask for anyone else. They are all fabulous
