I'm currently employed with NextHome Legendary Properties and there are so many things that I love about working for this company. One of many reasons is the fact that we are a more technologically advanced real estate companies making the home buying/selling process a lot easier and stress free. Our first class service is a one of a kind putting our clients first, keeping them updated and well informed on the status of their transaction using the great tools that only our company offers and sets us apart from from our competition.

I came from another broker looking for training. The broker I came from had no training for agents but were more than happy to take my money for fees and to place my training on the shoulders of unexperienced agents so I left quickly and found Next Home. I was discouraged as I felt I was alone and I met with Scott Louser who said he would be a one on one mentor for me and began to say he believed I was smart and had great potential. I was sold. I signed up with next home and quickly found out after two one on one lessons that my mentor wasn't as sincere and did not deliver the promises of support given. I tried to schedule many times with Scott to get training and he always had another client to help and never invited me to participate or shadow. So I bought a course online to teach me. I also had an issue with his comments towards women as he was flirting with them. Overall felt like a dark place to work although some agents at this brokerage were kind at times.
