I have had a great experience working with Benchmark. I almost went with another company that had a $9,000.00 fee added onto our loan. I am so glad that I decided to reach out to Benchmark. I talked with Jocelyn and she quickly wrote up a quote and saved us money! Jocelyn was super speedy and answered the questions I had, immediately. I will note that I reached out to Jocelyn once and did not hear back, however I looked in the Floify account and I saw that Jeri was my next point of contact. I reached out to Jeri and Jeri was amazing. Jeri answered every question I had. I called Jeri one NIGHT at least twice. Jeri communicated really well and if Jeri felt like she needed to come back to us for more documents, she empathized every time along the way. Which I felt was not necessary because, Heeelllllooooo We need her and the team, so it's our duty to get all that is required of us. However, I appreciated her empathy and I appreciated her level of communication and her graciousness and just HER. Jeri made this experience even better than I ever imagined. Her customer service skills is not to be ignored either. Jeri even called me to let me know that the last document was exactly what we needed and the underwriter has signed off and let me know what to expect moving on. It was so exciting to receive that call. Jeri could have just checked it off in Florify or could have sent it in an email, which would have been acceptable. However, she went over and above to make the call because she knew how excited I was. Between Jocelyn and Jeri's customer service, speediness and communication; I would refer this mortgage company to anyone! Thank you Team Jocelyn! I am sure there are others that helped in the process that I did not have the privilege of speaking to and I thank you for your help as well, especially the underwriter! Resident of Williston, ND
