This clinic is the epitome of what other clinics should strive to be. I have never come across an entire group of people in one office that are so patient and kind. Every single person I have encountered here has been nothing short of excellent. I am beyond grateful for finding this place and for the level of care that I have recieved. For the fact that I have never felt judged, and have been treated like an actual human being, speaks volumes. This place really is the best and I love you all. Especially Jennifer. You are a shining star! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Thank you for giving me a quality of life that I can be happy about!

Ive never been treated with such disrespect after missing one appointment. Yes it was my fault I take responsibility when I rescheduled I was still in this 2 week period meeting regulations regarding my medical card. Well when the doctor (Melissa) had to reschedule that appointment. It apparently put me outta the time requirement. Now my medical card is canceled and I have to start the process all over again. When I specifically asked the gal on the phone if that would cause any problems and she replied no. Well it did!!! So when I called to speak to someone about it. Melissa nurse called me back 2 days later and was so unprofessional and completely rude. She told me the girls at the desk dont know anything about my issue. So then why would they be so quick to answer my questions. If they didnt have the right answers!!!!! So unbelievably blow away by the lack of respect, unprofessional behavior, and attitudes. I will NEVER be back to your clinic.

What a joke of a place 180 bucks to see a nurse plus 15 dollars because of inflation the 15 dollars is not covered by insurance
