      image We switched from Liberty Mutual to American Family. We saved a lot of money when switching. Randy took me through the whole process, explaining the ins and outs of each policy (home, auto & umbrella). He gave his honest opinion of what we needed and didn't need, according to the specifics of my family. What I appreciate the most about Randy is that I can always speak to him quickly, most of the time within a minute of picking up my phone.
