Absolutely no problems checked in Easley room was very clean swimming pool bar can't ask for much more also breakfast Rooms: Rooms very clean spacious updated Nearby activities: Restaurant walking distance bar on location swimming pool hot tub Food & drinks: Not a lot to choose from but if you're hungry there's something to eat

Rooms were dirty. Hairball over pillows and bed. And unknown stains on sheets. Got new room but it was dirty as well. We opted to leave hotel. Got refund for 2nd night but didnt receive refund for 1st night. Also didnt feel very safe there.

At all, in such an evening, I encountered such a bed, it is not acceptable for me, even though I could not sleep properly for the entire set of hours, I have to go to the tire massager in the neck area, which was found to be cramping, to solve it. She eats The mattress of the bed is very old, so there is a big hole in it, every person sleeps, then he faces neck muscle cramps. Not even worth a star

What can I say about our stay other than even for the priceAWFUL!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Sleeping in your car would be a better choice. Checkin desk clerk smelled like an ashtray. Room was far from clean. Comforters had cigarette burns on them. Bathroom far from even half clean! And if youre 4 feet tall, youll be able to shower comfortably. Checkout desk clerk was rude. Highly recommend looking elsewhere!! Has to be something better right around the corner!!

Tammy and Daniel outstanding customer service. I paid for a week for a mother of 3. She didn't want to complain cause she had nowhere to go at the time. She noticed a couple of days later her kids developed skin rash and small bites. So she decided to pull the covers off the bed and the mattresses were so damn dirty. They look like they got them out of the trash can seriously . She complain to front desk and front desk talk to the managers/ owners and they didn't want to move her. I called up the because I paid for the room and some to Daniel and they finally moved her to another room. While she was moving to another room Andy was very rude loud and mean to her in front of her kids. Also Andy Mom came screaming at her calling her a trouble maker. Blaming her for not checking her room. I'm sorry but whoever was the housekeepers should've noticed the fifthly mattresses. They didn't even offer any money back. I'm so disappointed due to they were yelling at this mom in front of her kids. I filled two complaints with Wyndham customer service. One for the rooms and the other on owners/management. The second room was a Lil better but the mom came in the second room without knocking and pulling the covers off the beds while the children where sitting on them. So they got into argument and it was so loud the staff came and guest came out of their rooms. I was on the phone and soon as she heard my voice(Andy Mom) she decided to walk away. Now Andy did come back and apologize for his actions if being rude but his mother never came back to apologize. They wouldn't even give me a partial refund. I would never recommend this place. I wish I could send pictures of the beds but I'm turning them over to Wyndham cause this is very bad business on their company name. The customer service staff needs to be in a better place because they were very friendly n caring
