If you want to get shoved off to the side and told your medice history means nothing. And wait 4 months for them to read your blood work. Its a great place to go. Oh and BTW that patient advocacy line they tell people to call is unattended. Nobody answers.

I have a fabulous G.P. Dr. , partnered with a M.A. They have 3D mammograms only, (3 is the best). This was an easy, painless, quick procedure, done by a lovely technician who made me feel entirely comfortable.

I tested positive for Covid on Wednesday 13th. I called CHI and made an appointment for 10am on Thursday 14th. I was very sick and hoping for meds to help me. I arrived at 10:06 and was informed that I was 1 minute late and that I had to reschedule. I could not believe that the personal could be that insensitive to their patients. I left the facility and went to First Care. Though I think the world of my doctor. She is the only reason I will continue on to use the facility. I would not recommend CHI

They wont help me at all. They FINALLY took a lipid panel after years of telling them I think I have hypothyroidism. Found out my triglycerides are extremely elevated. They put me on meds then took me off of them because of an adverse reaction to them and have given me no advice as to what to do in the meantime.
