        Scott Doering at valleys was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish, very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. Will definitely be back to see him for my next Polaris

        If I could rate negative stars, I would. I have never heard good things about this business and now I understand why. I went in to get a battery for a Raptor that I have. I understand their return policy and that they do not normally return batteries. However, less than 24 hours later, I took the battery back and returned it because I did not need it. Never opened. They agreed to return the battery since it was not opened and had just been purchase the day before. We were told by the Parts MANAGER we would receive a check in the mail. Fast forward a month and we still have not received the check in the mail. We have tried contacting them with no response. We went into the business only to be told that they changed their mind and were going to give us in store credit that is only good for 6 months. They never called to tell us they were not sending the check. They will not honor what their parts manager said they would do. They have absolutely no customer service at this business.

        Brenda was awesome, friendly and informative. Took time to look stuff up and easy to schedule with. Felt like i got good service for my Ranger side by side. I do wish they would work on older motors, there are lots of us boat owners that have small tiller motors that occasionally need repair, but Vallely has a policy, they wont work on anything over 20 years old. Hate to throw away an engine that runs because it's hard to start and idles poorly, but I can't find a mechanic locally to take a look at it.

        Had a mercury 9.9 installed on my alumacraft edge 185. All the staff were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable in their respective divisions. I couldnt have been happier with the professional rigging I was provided, they went above and beyond modifying and routing the components necessary for the install. I will give any future business I have to them and I will highly recommend them to anyone else.
