Packages get stolen, garbage cans are over filling, security is lacking, property upkeep is lacking, garages have bowed out walls from being ran into, when we moved in it was dirty still, garage had target shopping carts in it from previous renter, Dog poop is all over the yard, the shut our AC off beginning of October and every day our apartment gets up to 78 degrees, our dog will sit and pant, we try to have the windows and screen door open but it's right next to a loud busy road and we can't leave the patio door open for cool air at night because of security concerns

Our experience was great besides that our door had some issues and maintenance is going to take care of that we had the best customer service ever by Ashlyn really nice so far so good wife is happy

Im old school so when we finally got another email set up for my wifes application it wouldnt accept incoming emails so we did an app at another apartment and never had any problem, $50 down the drain..
