Place used to be really good used them for 5 years. Service became less and charges became 5 times of what they were before. They are a completely incompetent and Shady group now. Won't even answer the phone. As said above they take your money then send Disengagement letters with abhorrent fees. They left me with a 2 year tax mess with no help. 100 Percent would not use.

We are a small public service agency who has been using Team Consulting for about a year. We have had difficulty with them in the past from not being able to set-up our account with quickbooks when we first started with them, multiple errors with our payroll, to not completing our WSI forms causing us to be late in paying workers comp for the year, to not returning phone calls. Then, when we emailed them letting them know we would be switching accountants and requesting our information they did not respond for 5 business days. When they did respond they informed us they were "disengaging" services with us and refused to finish our current payroll. They also told us in an email they would work with our new accountant to give them any information that the new accountant needed. However, after multiple phone calls, emails, and even going into their office to request the needed information they refused to provide the information.

They didn't have the common courtesy to reach out to me and speak to me about an open accounting position that they posted online. I took time out of my day to walk in and hand in my resume. The front receptionist was very snooty and not welcoming at all. This business was rude and unprofessional.
