Bad experience they do not return phone calls or text management and sales men are poor at best

Buyer beware, I purchased a set of heavy duty skidder chains. I had them on my skidder for less than 24 hrs doing snow removal and both chains broke links on the inside (sidewall links). Bobcat on Mandan would not warrant or refund the cost of the chains. Only "assistance" offered was 30% off of a new set chains. Apparently they don't stand by the products they sell. Called the manufacturer of the chains and they are sending me another set. No thanks to bobcat of mandan. To respond to bobcats post. The chains were properly installed and not abused. The manufacturer of the chains said the chains were not tempered properly. This is why they warranted them. The chains are not the problem. The problem was customer service was not good at all. There is no reason why I should have to argue with the sales people. Bobcat should have contacted the manufacturer. There post is a way to cover there butts.
