        Wouldn't recommend diamond bend. Management won't respond to my emails trying to resolve my ongoing struggle with loud upstairs neighbors. I've had packages stolen multiple times. Everything is much dirtier since they acquired the property. Other neighbors have complained of roaches. This place is going downhill fast.
