250 dollar cleaning fee because my boots were muddy no call about it. No signs about it. Nothing. Sorry for getting mud in this smelly hotel.

I used to work at the super 8 in Jamestown North Dakota I was a housekeeper I couldn't start my job until the guy at the front desk and the weekend laundry lady went through the rooms first if anybody left tips for the housekeepers they didn't get it the day I got fired he wouldn't give me my key to go in the rooms to clean them or my paperwork so I know what rooms were empty because he needed to get into those rooms first I personally have watched him walk in on two people because he says their policy is not to call the rooms first to see if they're in there when I reminded him he was front desk not housekeeping he does not need to go into these rooms for no reason he told me he can do whatever he wants and when I told him I just seen you come out of three rooms upstairs that he's not supposed to be in a half an hour later he coming to my room where I was cleaning and told me I was fired I guess he didn't want anybody to know he's been going in people's rooms this is the same guy that we had a mandatory meeting if we didn't be there we were automatically fired and he wasn't there the same person that fired me it would have been nice to meet the owner then I could have told them all about the stuff that goes on in that motel if anyone has to know the four hunters that were staying at the motel March 16th and 17th 2024 12:00 checkout I didn't get a chance to clean your room if you heard the conversation I had with the front desk guy to stay out of the rooms because it's my job that he's risking but telling him I'm going to let the owner know and super 8 franchise know what's going on by letting the front desk guy waste an hour of the housekeepers time because he doesn't want to give up the keys or the paperwork because he needs to snoop through a room first then turn around and come find me two times after that and start arguing with me so he can fire me but yet he still got a job there

The whole hotel smells like the smoking section at a casino. Half the lights in the hallway are broken. Upon arriving to our room the door was not closed. As we went to walk back to get our money back some lady walked out of her room to let us know that the door doesn't close and that it has been open like that since the room was cleaned. When we walked in the room the lights wouldn't turn on with the switch, so I held the door open so my husband could use the hallway light to try to find a lamp. Once inside I went to use the bathroom to find long black hair on the ground and short curly black hair on the toilet. We were "upgraded" to the hot tub suite since the room we reserved online was not available. The tub was in bad shape and had caulk everywhere and in spots you could see black mold. Will not stay here again. Positive note, we were able to park our truck and 35 ft trailer and we were able to walk to the Japanese restaurant. And we were not murdered or robbed. So I guess it was ok.
Unable to share my pictures, but the room is nowhere near as nice as what it looks like in the picture by owner.
