U-Haul of Grand Forks

I went and rented a 26 foot U-Haul completed the transaction at the desk walked outside and it had a flat tire on one of the inside Dooleys. I told him they needed to fix it and they said oh sorry youll have to call the one 800 number to wait for record to come from another company and then Jack wouldnt even lift it. I had to get my own jacket out of my garage to help jack up so we could change my tire and I could be delayed half a day thinking about using this U-Haul Dont

Had a great experience with Chad and his crew. They helped me choose which trailer to go with for my move and also assisted me in installing security locks on my trailer. They have assisted me in every way at the best of their abilities.
