        Put me on a wait list for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor. Comes to find out being on a wait list does nothing for you. They will not call you and there website to out an application in would not work multiple times. Called the office and get told that there's nothing they can do and that you should be more aware that a waitlist is pointless. I will never consider living here ever again. No you guys do not contact people so your response is complete bull@#$.

        Lived in a sun view unit for a couple of years now been really good until today. My car was towed from the parking lot. I was in a visitor spot, but still I've lived hear for a while. Of course can't get ahold of anyone in the office before it closed.

        Sterling Pointe has modern units, very quiet, maintenance and management is very responsive and helpful. The 2-stall garage has been great! It's in a nice location, very close to grocery stores and main roads.

        Taylor at the leasing office is super helpful and great to work with, the building is well kept, snow is removed faster than anywhere else I've lived in Grand Forks, and the apartments themselves are very nice. This is a wonderful apartment complex!

      Matthew, we appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, the waitlist does not guarantee an apartment. We contact individuals on the waitlist when an apartment comes available, but it is up to the person applying to submit their application. Looking at your account, it appears an application link was sent out almost immediately after the apartment came available. Someone else from the waitlist submitted their application before you the same morning.Applying for our apartments is on a first come first serve basis. In a situation like this, our hands are tied. We cannot hold the apartment for you without having the application and associated fees or cancel someone else's application because you were on a waitlist.Please reach out to the office to clarify who you were contacting as we have no record of any calls, emails, or texts stating that you were having difficulty with the online application, aside from the text stating you were not able to submit your application, which was due to another application pending on that apartment.We understand moving is a stressful time, which is why we strive to make the application and move in process as easy and painless as possible. I apologize if you felt this was not true for you and your situation. Please let our office know of any further questions or concerns. Thanks!

      Nathan, we apologize if you are frustrated with this situation. Your car was sitting in the visitor parking for 8 days with no movement. Because your vehicle was not on file with the office, we did not know whose vehicle it was and were not able to contact the owner to have it moved. Therefore, it was towed after having a tow sticker on it for 24 hours. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and encourage you to reach out to the office with any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you!
