I want to start with the employees are awesome and the sandwiches are great. My only problem is that I come here often and if I dont order an hour ahead, then I dont get my sandwich when I get there. Like today, it said 45 minutes wait and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get one regular sized sandwich. There has to be a more efficient way to run the line. Great food, great people, unnecessarily long waits.

I placed my to go order on the app this evening, and the sandwich was terrible. The bread was so old and hard you couldnt even chew it. I got a giant sub and it was a total waste of money. This is the second time in the last month the food on my to go order from here has been awful. Its too bad, I usually love jersey mikes but it seems to go orders get all the old food

I deliver food for certain apps. The wait times at Jersey Mike's have recently gotten horrible. I'm banning them for a while.
