Ramada by Wyndham Grand Forks

The only nice thing I have to say about this hotel is that its located conveniently off the interstate and that it could have potential if it were managed correctly. Dirty and dated would be the best way I can describe the hotel its self. The sheets were stained, the headboard broken, the floor had not been vacuumed in a long time, dust covered all of the furniture, there was something smeared on the light switch in the bathroom and the beds were in bad shape. They curled in a cshape. Had there not been an event in town causing all hotels to be booked, we would have just eaten the cost and left. We did find another hotel and only had to stay the one night. Staff was not helpful nor friendly except for one staff member at the front desk that had her hair done in vivid hair color. She was was very nice. Everyone else was grumpy and rude. This hotel has a lot of potential if managed and updated. The pool did look like it would be nice for traveling families.

Nice rooms.. customer Service was awesome. Not really close to shopping.. but not far either.

Pool noise with wireless speaker to the point where you could not talk. Staff was notified and totally disregarded telling loud guests to stop. Said it was "normal". Do not stay here. Noteworthy details: Do not stay here if you want to relax.

They had done some nice updating to the hotel. Looked nice. Beds really comfy. Breakfast was really good. Rooms: Beds are very comfy and rooms good sizee Walkability: Close parking to door Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good. And area kept clean.
