        If I could give this zero stars, I would. It takes several days to deposit a check via mobile deposit and they will charge you an overdraft fee despite the funds being pending in the account. I finally got fed up and asked for my account to be closed so I could move my money to a bank that is actually decent and was told the account would be closed as soon as I moved the funds out of the account. When I go to check the day after the account was supposed to be closed I come to find that they had allowed a charge to go through and charged an overdraft fee after I had told them to close the account. They told me I needed to sign some documents but never sent them over and continue to charge overdraft fees. If you enjoy keeping your hard earned money DO NOT bank with gate city.

      Hi Lisa, thanks for reaching out to us. Our office location phones open when the lobby does at 9:00am. Our Customer Service Center customer is available for assistance Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 8:30 pm and Saturday's 8:30 am to 6:00 pm at 701-293-2400 or 800-423-3344.
