        I went inside to open an account. I was told that no one was working that could do that and I could make an appointment for the following week. I would think at 11am on Friday there would be at least one person working. The teller was nice though, she contacted the other branch and booked me an appointment for a few hours later that is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I am aware of the expression "banker's hours" but this takes it to the extreme.

        If you want excellent customer service please ask for Riley or Corey at this Branch! They went above and beyond, were extremely kind , compassionate , caring and I cant thank them enough. Being new to Grand Forks this level of kindness is appreciated more than words can say. Sending best wishes for continued success to everyone!
