Thunder Rays was my mechanic for the three years I lived in Grand Forks. They always put their customers first. They offered me student discounts, and provided very thorough reports of issues that were discovered on my car. I loved that they have refreshments available to customers waiting in the office. They do not overcharge, quite flexible with scheduling, and by far one of the best mechanics in the area. I highly recommend Thunder Rays to everyone, including those looking for a new mechanic in the area.

Excellent experience with Thunder Rays! Scheduled an appointment online for a couple weeks out. Got the car in exactly at the time chosen. Within a couple hours called back after inspection and let me know prices, what was wrong, and what i should fix. Doesnt pressure you and lets you know prices on everything before fixing. Informed me right away that repairs might not get done the same day and would be done the next if not the same day. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Ray and crew! Will be back in the future!
