        Missing items from deliveries repeatedly but billed for them. Had open tickets unresolved for 3 weeks(and counting). Cannot contact anyone locally, all #'s go to call center, call center cannot even get a hold of local reps as nobody picks up phone and voicemail for general manager is full. You can actually purchase all these products yourself and cutout the rent and "service" fees and save yourself $$.
