        Pretty disappointed. Was working with Charlie for a few months and then neither me or my client ever heard back. Both of us reached out multiple times and never heard back. Not only did I lose money, my client had to tell her customers who had already ordered and paid that they were not going to reciprocate what she promised. Shes a small business and that could really cost her. Shotty customer service, no real communication. Really disappointed.
