Both of my boys love going to Elevate! I have been impressed with the teachers, staff, & facility. They are easy to communicate with & flexible. The concert they just put on was amazing & such a wonderful experience for the boys!

Nice facility, the staff during the tour were friendly. Trying to sign up for lessons was too difficult and after asking several times about paying for a spot in person and checking in if the times and days we were looking at were available via email, I was informed that they couldn't reserve spots until two weeks out. That was only last month. Today I emailed and the spots were all gone. We were disappointed. My experience was mostly just frustrating, because I had communicated early on we wanted summer times and then was told I couldn't prepay for a spot so when the time came, it was already full 13 days out. So it's first come first serve only here, you can't prepay like other facilities for summer spots or activities, keep that in mind if you are looking here.
