Kayla and her team are just amazing, hands down. From the start of everything she was warm, welcoming and responded quickly. I appreciated the swift replies, phone calls on a whim, and the knowledge she shared throughout the experience. Purchasing a home is huge so finding lenders who would treat me like a person rather than a number was high on my list- and that is what Kayla and her team did. I cannot recommend her and her team at First International Bank & Trust enough.

Wife and I were able to close quickly and efficiently on a house with Kayla's help. She is extremely knowledgeable with numbers, the breakdown of the fees/mortgage, and was always available with any concerns we had throughout the process. Going with Kayla and 1st International Bank is a good choice if you're looking to buy a house.

From the very beginning I knew Kayla was a God send! She worked so close with her team, my accountant, our realtor, and everyone behind the scenes to get our dream home!! We have a small business with less than 2 years in tax returns (at the time), but she pushed through, stuck with us, and made sure all our numbers were correct and in line for us to get our dream home. Kayla did absolutely everything she could to help us pursue our dream home! The communication (and late night texts!), professionalism, and efficiency throughout the whole process was above and beyond what we expected. Because of her, we are now proud homeowners and our 4 kiddos and pup now have a place to call HOME!! We are forever humble and grateful for Kaylas service to us! I cannot say enough great things about Kayla and her team. They were kind, so accommodating with every question we had, supremely knowledgeable in what they do, and made it a priority to educate us on all the different options and what they meant for us now and in the future of our mortgage. Ive worked with several mortgage lenders in the past and none were as attentive as she was! 10/10 will forever recommend!!
