There is a reason Peggy has nothing but five-star reviews: as your agent, she always has your best interests in mind and will guide you through every step of the buying/selling process.
She recently helped our family sell a home that has been in our family for over 70 years, and she expertly navigated all of the extra steps needing to be addressed prior to its sale while also being sensitive to the difficulty of letting go of a place that meant so much to us.
If you are reading this and have a handful of agents you are considering, I can't recommend Peggy enough. She is more than an agent; she has been to so many inspections that she puts potential home condition concerns on your radar early on in the buying process. She is familiar with lenders and inspectors in the area, and she never pressures you to buy. Peggy wants you to feel right in the house you buy before putting in an offer.
As long as Peggy is in the business of real estate, she is the only agent I will use, and she is the only agent I will recommend to others.

Peggy was absolutely amazing! She really is the all in one package if you're looking for a great realtor. She's incredibly knowledgeable and was able to give us so much advice on care and maintenance that we would not have known otherwise as first time home buyers. She truly cares about finding you a house that will fit/work for you. She was so helpful every step of the way and went above and beyond for us when things were starting to get down to the wire so that closing could go smoothly. She urges you to reach out even after buying a house to ask her if you have questions or need help. I cannot recommend a better realtor for this area.

I am a single mom and first time homebuyer. Peggy was a dream come true!! I couldn't afford much but she worked so hard to find my daughter and I our dream home. As a new buyer with little experience it was a massive relief to know I had someone with ton of experience in my corner. I can't say enough of how knowledgeable and amazing Peggy is.
