Friendly service with me in mind! They explained everything thoroughly and made it easy to understand. While I didn't get the loan I was hoping for, they did offer me an alternative debt consolidation solution and I would recommend this program to my friends or family looking to help their credit! I look forward to getting my credit to where it needs to be!

Got a loan offer and called them up, they explained all their different offers and how it would affect me. In the end I opted for settlement because I couldn't get a loan. Excellent customer service explaining how each of the programs work and how it would affect me.
Overall is was a positive experience even though they couldn't get me qualified for a loan, I still am getting what I wanted (to reduce my debt) in the long run so I'm really happy I decided to work with them.
