Beyond Concrete

Update: we received call this morning from beyond concrete. They said the issues are not covered under any warranty and since we already wrote a bad review they were not interested in even attempting customer service. Attached pictures. Most of the sod is rooted but these spots are not although they claim they are. It took the first review for them to even contact us when they knew there were issues we wanted to discuss. We have dead sod and a dead tree in our back yard. Both were put in in the fall of 2018. The trees were given no protection against rabbits and because of that we have one dead tree. The other may be ok but we shall see. The sod has several dead patches and lift away from the yard. I will include pictures later. We have been trying to get some resolve for these 2 issues but it seems we are on our own as no one replies after several messages have been left.

Excellent communication from both the designer and the crew from start to finish. We appreciate how willing they were to adjust the design as we went along. Great quality craftsmanship all the way through with attention to detail. This was a significant investment for us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results.
