        We do not do business with this company. On a Friday afternoon I received an alert on my phone from our bank that our checking account was over drafted! It turns out an employee from NAU insurance used our account to pay someones crop insurance! They removed $4858 from our checking account. Since this happened on a Friday we were unable to have it reversed until the following Monday. We had all kinds of issues from overdraft fees, some of our auto pay bills were denied not to mention we couldnt even fill our cars with gas or get groceries the entire weekend. It was a huge inconvenience.
