Staybridge Suites Fargo, an IHG Hotel

The guy who checked us in needs a lesson in customer service. He was just odd and not very personable. Room was clean and breakfast was decent.

Hotel is dated, breakfast was not good. Better places to stay than the Staybridge.

Im just a few days shy of my 10th straight month of being here, the house keeping service is my only complaint about this place. They are not thorough at all, there has been a shaver cover in the top corner of the tub area since before I checked in, a few times I havent gotten any sort of service for a couple weeks, I am even starting to question how often my bedding gets switched out. Today house keeping came by, grabbed by garbage and dirty towels, the towels were not restocked, bed was still untouched, lights left on (I make sure to shut them off every morning), all of this is alright with me, but what I am the most upset with right now is that my out if sight, had to have been touching stuff you shouldnt have, personal stash of money totally in $130 was taken. I have never in my 12.5 years of traveling on the road ever had something like this happen. This individual has ruined my entire stay here, hopefully management does something about this unfortunately it isnt a big enough amount to make it worth my while to go after anything other than talking with management, but I hope the guilty party gets their last check from this company soon.

We were very happy with our room, it was very clean, roomy, had a refrigerator, stove, (a full kitchenette), sitting area with a couch and a comfortable bed. It was quiet at night, the price was reasonable and Gary at the front desk was one of the most responsive, polite hotel staff we've encountered in some time. We will definitely stay here on our way back.
