Excellent experience from start to finish. Furnace was not working and was able to get same day service. Very helpful technician (Paul) came to the house and answered our questions. Showed with a camera how the furnace motor was starting to rust and gave us a quote for future replacement when it becomes necessary. Looking forward to having them do annual maintenance as I feel they are very honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend to others!

Adam did fast and thorough work installing a fireplace fan and furnace blower motor. The prices were quite reasonable, and all the more so after taking advantage of their Customer Service Agreement, which at $30 for two years was well worth the cost, as it paid for itself immediately on this visit.

The tech did a great job explaining the water heater exchange process and took note that I had questions about the water softener. I needed a new hose bib installed and the tech had made time to replace it after he finished with the water heater. I was impressed with that. Overall very happy with the work.

Had an air conditioner replaced and a humidifier installed on the furnace. The techs from Heating & Cooling Thrifty did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done, estimating the cost, and then making sure that the work was completed.
Kudos to Alex, Scott, Aaron, the electrician, and another tech who worked on the job. In the middle of a snow storm none the less! What a team effort!

When our AC failed in the height of summer in Hoboken we contacted a few vendors. We were given a wide range of prices and delivery dates. We contacted Thrifty Services based on a recommendation and their quote, choice of equipment and warranty was extremely competitive. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous and when we hit an issue with the installation, we were able to quickly resolve it with Mike the owner. They charged exactly what they quoted. Everything you should expect from a vendor but these days hard to find.
